Calgary to Medicine Hat

Where did all the Mountains Go?
Leaving the Canadian Rockies behind me.

It will be easy driving now since east on the Trans-Canada Highway highway is flat and endless views of rolling prairies bisected by coulees and deep river valleys. Its referred to the as The Canadian Badlands.  Its pretty in a strange way without trees or mountains. The easy driving gives me some uninterrupted time to contemplate on the trip and my great companions. I am so grateful they came along, also with my lovely wife for supporting this trip (in so many ways) and my staff whom have worked without my daily guidance & help (probably my help/guidance is becoming unnecessary).

I finished up my day at a downsized Ramada, but it did not compare to my new spoiled sleeping requirements.
